Terms and Conditions

Unless the context otherwise requires, any word, term or expression used in these Terms and condition shall be construed according to its ordinary meaning. This shall be without prejudice to the following:


“Company” shall mean Appharu Private Limited. “Services” shall mean the provision of any services provided by the Company. “Client” or “Clients” shall mean anyone making use of the Services provided by the Company and/or anyone accessing the Website of the Company for whatever purpose; “Website” shall mean the website operated by the Company and having the following URL: appharu.com


The agreement will be made on the basis of terms and condition mentioned between two party before project implementation. Agreement may be between Company-Company, Company-Organization or Company-Individual. In some circumstances agreement may be between more than two parties. The project will be implemented based on agreement between Company and the second party.

Service delivery system

The company will provide deliverables in e-copy or in hard copy. Sharing with emails and other inline media will also be entertained as per client’s need. For the final deliverables, clients should ensure the settlements of the all dues.

Intellectual Property

The Company undertakes not to cause or permit anything which may damage or endanger the intellectual property of the Client or the Client’s title to it or assist or allow others to do so. Company shall not be responsible for violation of intellectual Property Right or Piracy through document, information or data provided by Client during and after work.


The Company undertakes not at any time to disclose or allow to be disclosed to any person any confidential information relating to the business or affairs of the Client other than to sub-contractors who have signed an appropriate secrecy undertaking or others where the Client has specifically consented to the disclosure. However, Company can provide any information shared by client at any time, if legal or government institution ask in an authorized procedure.

Governing Law

The agreement between Company and Client will be based on this terms and condition. However, in case of any conflict and misunderstanding the agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of Nepal.
